Prices in Egyptian pounds (EGP), per month
Mortaga is software for Shopify stores in Egypt that manages customer returns and exchanges. Every plan includes the full return process: the self-service return page, store credit with a bonus, exchanges, and courier pickup. You choose how you pay: per return processed, or a fixed monthly price.
Option 1: Pay per return
A monthly plan price, plus EGP 7 for each return processed. No limit on the number of returns.

Option 2: Fixed monthly price
One fixed price a month with no fee per return, up to a monthly number of returns. Once the limit is reached, new return requests pause until the next month or an upgrade.

Starter
- Self-service return page for your customers, in Arabic and English
- Refunds, exchanges, and store credit with a bonus you set
- Shopify gift cards issued automatically
- Courier pickup booking, starting with Bosta
- Cash refunds by Instapay, mobile wallet, or bank transfer
- Your logo and colours on the return page, customer email updates, CSV export
Growth: everything in Starter, plus
- Return rules per product, and return or restocking fees
- Required photos, tags, and returns analytics
- Automatic restocking in Shopify, and exchanges limited to chosen collections
- Android app to approve or reject returns on the go
Scale: everything in Growth, plus
- Your own domain for the return page, with a custom background
- Fees and rules per governorate, and restocking across multiple locations
- REST API and signed webhooks
- Extra Android app tools, and priority support
Payment
Plans are paid monthly, online by card through Paymob or by bank transfer. Nothing is charged automatically. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellations and refunds.
