Delivery & Shipping Policy

An online service, nothing physical to ship

Mortaga is software delivered online. When you subscribe, we don't ship any physical product to you, and there are no shipping charges for the Mortaga service itself.

How the service is delivered

• You use Mortaga through your dashboard at mortaga.site, from any browser.
• Your plan's features are available as soon as you choose the plan in your dashboard.
• Card payments through Paymob are confirmed immediately.
• Bank transfer payments are confirmed within 1 business day of the money arriving.
• If something in your account is not available when it should be, contact us and we will fix it.

Courier pickups for returns

Mortaga can book a courier to collect a returned item from a store's customer. Mortaga is not a courier and does not handle parcels itself:

• Pickups are booked through the store's own account with a supported courier company (currently Bosta), and carried out by that courier.
• The courier sets its own pickup and delivery times, and charges its fees to the store's courier account under its own terms.
• Any return shipping fee charged to a customer is set by the store, not by Mortaga.

Shopping at a store that uses Mortaga?

Delivery of your order, and the shipping of any return or exchange, is handled by the store you bought from. Please contact that store directly.
